These Terms govern access to and use of the HubVolt website. Access to the registered platform, opportunity data, and transactional workflows may also be subject to additional terms, policies, and per-opportunity agreements.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

2) Scope of the website

This website provides corporate information about HUBVOLT, S.L., information about the HubVolt service, and entry points to the HubVolt platform. The website itself does not grant automatic access to restricted platform features, opportunity materials, or confidential information.

3) Platform access and registration

Certain areas and features may require registration, identity or organization verification, and acceptance of additional terms, including confidentiality commitments or per-opportunity NDAs. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless mandatory legal provisions establish otherwise, disputes relating to the website or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, España.
