Why are exact coordinates not displayed at first?

To protect sensitive site information and prevent uncontrolled disclosure. Exact location details are only unlocked at the appropriate stage under platform controls.

What do I need to unlock detailed opportunity information?

You must accept the NDA for that specific opportunity where applicable. Acceptance is logged as part of the platform workflow.

What is an EOI?

An EOI is a structured Expression of Interest. It helps operators communicate intent, timeline, and commercial direction in a more standardized way.

Is exclusivity available?

Where applicable, opportunities may move into a defined exclusivity period to support due diligence, negotiation, and next-step execution.

Who can use HubVolt?

HubVolt is designed for EV charging operators, landowners, and agents involved in the sourcing, evaluation, and progression of EV charging opportunities.

Does public website access give me access to confidential opportunities?

No. The public website provides information about the service. Access to restricted opportunity information may require registration, verification, and acceptance of additional agreements.
